  • Optional lessons during school break/holidays and will be communicated and decided with Teacher at the beginning of each month.

  • Make sure to mark your calendar/utilize reminders for weekly lesson time.

Make-Up Lessons:

  1. If a Student is unable to attend a lesson, the Student must give a 24 hour notice via call (765)-335-7844, email, or the "Student Portal" to receive a Make-Up Credit.

  2. Absolutely no make-up lessons will be given for no cancellation/call/text/email, no shows (except for emergencies such as car accident, deaths, medical emergencies, etc. Notification as possible is requested. Please contact the studio directly.).

  3. Each student is allotted one (1) Make-Up Lesson every two (2) months.

  4. If the teacher is absent for a class, a Make-Up Lesson will always be credited and will not count towards the 1 Make-Up Lesson every 2 months count.

  5. Make-Up Lesson Credits must be used within 30 days of credit and can be scheduled via the "Student Portal.

Student or Teacher Sick:

If the Student or Teacher is sick, the lesson can still take place via Zoom instead of in-person. Email for Zoom Meeting Info. If Student still needs to miss the lesson, follow the Make-Up Lessons policy above.

Late Fee:

If the lesson fee is not paid within 3 days of the due date, a $5 late fee will be automatically charged.

If a student decides to cancel lessons (whether it be to take off for summer or terminate lessons), a two-week cancellation notice is required in writing/email. This allows the instructor to reassign lesson time to another student. Lesson fee is still owed for the last two weeks, regardless of student’s attendance after cancellation notice given.

  • The Student/Parent is responsible for ordering specific lesson materials as needed (i.e. instrument [piano/keyboard, guitar, violin, ukulele], books, strings, picks, strap, shoulder rest, rosin, music stand, etc.).

  • Teacher will provide specific recommendations and how to purchase needed items (typically a link to Amazon).

  • Books should be ordered after the first lesson so that the teacher can give a specific recommendation for the level and needs of the student.

Lesson Fee:

  • All Private Lessons are $30/per half-hour lesson and are paid monthly.

  • Lesson Fees are due on the first of each month (i.e. 4 weeks of lessons, $120 is due on the first of the month).

  • Families will be emailed an invoice a week before the start of each month via the email provided on file.

  • Payments can be made via cash, check, or card (in person or online).

  • All card transactions are subject to a service fee.
